5 сентября 2018 года вместе с Министерством Экономического Развития и комитетом по развитию женского предпринимательства ОПОРЫ РОССИИ мы организовывали и провели третий международный конкурс лучших женских предпринимательских проектов в АТЭС  — APEC Best Award в Папуа Новая Гвинея. Конкурс получился очень ярким и запоминающимся! А то, что в этом году в нем приняли участие женщины с ограниченными возможностями вывело его совсем на другой уровень и показало всему миру то, что новые возможности открываются для всех людей без ограничений, важно лишь их увидеть использовать.

То, что представительницы все большего числа экономик АТЭС принимают участие в этом конкурсе, говорит о том, что  власти 21 экономики Азиатско-Тихоокеанского экономического сотрудничества признают важность развития женского предпринимательства, так как вовлечение женщин в экономическую деятельность повысит ВВП экономик.

 

Details

Business efficiency and success target award is the project from Russian Federation initiated  by Russian Federation already the 3-d time. Traditionally it has been holding in the frame of Women&Economy Forum. The first time it was in Lima in Peru in 2016. The second one was in Hue in Vietnam.

I would like to thank both hosts of the APEC BEST AWARD. Thank you, Peru. Thank you, Vietnam for the great assistance in preparing and holding this event. I know it was not simple. I also would like to thank all economies participated these events. But you know it was mega successful. It’s our common success.

The initial aim of the project is support and promotion of women entrepreneurial practices in APEC economies. We not limit in just event itself. Follow the Contest of the economies’ best women projects  we run the catalogue of the best practices that was published APEC page and available to everybody.

 

The main objetives of the Award now are:

  • Spreading the best practices of women-owned MSMEs across APEC economies
  • Creating an opportunity for women’ MSME’s business cross boarding
  •  Mass media and public community attraction to women-owned MSMEs and business-women recognition
  • Popularization of entrepreneurship as a carrier development opportunity
  • Network building of APEC women-owned MSMEs, consultants, mentors and investors

Beneficiaries of these projects are all economic of APEC region because of cumulative effect it gives to

  • WOMEN-ENTREPRENEURS
  • MICRO,SMALL OR MEDIUM ENTERPRISES
  • PUBLIC SECTOR
  • INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY

We invite to participate 1 women from each economy in official part of Award and up to 2 in unofficial part.

Participants of the official part of contest should meet such requirements:

  • Represent APEC economy
  • Run micro, small or medium enterprise (women should own more than 50% of business equity (from the legal definition of APEC economy that is represented by participant)
  • Represent a potentially replicable business model
  • Operate on the local market in any economy field from 2 up to 7 years and must have crossed the break-even point
  • The project will prove to be of interest for invited mentors and jury members as it will serve as a platform for broadening contacts with the business community of APEC economies

This contest consists of several parts:

  • PARTICIPANTS’ PRESENTATIONS
  • SELECTION OF WINNERS BY JURY according to clear criteria. Members of Jury represent an economy of APEC from the mentors, larde business, government
  • APEC BEST AWARD CEREMONY
  • MASS-MEDIA PUBLICATIONS
  • CATALOGUE OF THE BEST PRACTICES PUBLICATION (DIGITAL)

The participants presented their projects in different fields of economy:

  • in food market
  • In textile production;
  • In IT technology;
  • In national products production and sales
  • In electronic platforms
  • In legal field

If I will say about result of these events for Russia. They are great:

We expand the representativeness as Women committee of Opora Russia to several regions.

We open the practice of workshops with entrepreneurs over Russia to show them ways to extend their businesses out of Russia.

The Russian participant of the 1-st event now is preparing to run the Kid’s Rock Fest in USA

The participant of the 2nd competition was meeting with leader of our economy – Vladimir Putin and had the support from him.

The Russian participant has already opened 2 new shops in 2 famous hotels of Sankt Petersburg (Angleter and Astoria) and has run her own production line in Russia.

Our project got support from Valentina Matvienko — Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

6 сентября на полях Форума «Женщины & экономика» по инициативе Республики Корея состоялся семинар «Использование инновационных технологий в информационно-коммуникационном секторе. В рамках семинара были рассмотрены перспективы и направления развития ICT, проблемы экономики и лучшие практики использования инновационных технологий на предприятиях АТЭС. Одним из важнейший вопросов семинара стало обсуждение системы обучения современным технологиям женщин. Представители Кореи, Папуа Новой Гвинеи, Японии, Филиппин,Чили, России обменялись позициями по этим важным темам.

Семинар был организован делегацией Республики Корея. Приглашённым экспертом на семинаре стала представитель Российской Федерации Салтыкова И.Б., заместитель генерального директора по техническим вопросам АНО ДПО «ЭРИКССОН Трейнинг Центр».
